1. Review how to Write about my daily routine – A1 English writing, solve the exercises and rite a short text about your daily routine. Organize your ideas into three paragraphs:
Paragraph 1: Your morning activities
Paragraph 2: Your activities during the day
Paragraph 3: Your evening activities
- Use the vocabulary and expressions we practiced in class (daily routines, time expressions, and pharsal verbs).
Try to include:
- At least 5–6 sentences per paragraph
- Adverbs of frequency (always, usually, often, sometimes, never)
- Time expressions (at 7:00, in the morning, after work, etc.)
2. Shadowing Activity: Practice listening and speaking English for daily communication – A Day at the Beach
- Listen to the recording once without speaking. Just focus on understanding the main ideas.
- Listen again and read along with the transcript. Notice pronunciation, intonation, and how words connect.
- Shadow: Play the audio again and try to speak at the same time as the narrator, imitating the rhythm and pronunciation. Don’t worry if you can’t keep up at first just try!
- Repeat the shadowing 2 to 3 times. Each time, you will sound smoother and more confident.
- Final step: Record yourself shadowing one of the listenings. Then listen to your recording and compare it with the original.
